Everytime I come here I’m never disappointed. Top notch pizza. This time was unique, having an off day and couldn’t make up my mind and changed my order about 3 or 4 times and my waitress Julissa was super patient when should could have easily gotten frustrated. Little stuff like that makes a huge difference!

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting the Southwest Blvd Minsky’s location many times to watch the Chief’s games and one thing always stands out: the exceptional service, and that starts with the amazing manager-Angel. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that he has a deep commitment to ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience. We catered Minsky's for our rehearsal dinner and it was a huge success. Angel made sure everything was ready to go and was very easy to work with. The pizza received many compliments and the delivery went smoothly. I would strongly recommend Minsky's and Angel with any catering need.

Excellent music and the service was beyond a doubt exceptional. Polite server that I didn't get the name of but I could tell she was proud of her workplace and food. Very important because it makes the service that much better. The original crust was nice and soft or maybe even airy or fluffy would be a good way to describe it. In my eyes it was delicious. The BBQ that we chose to substitute for was just the right amount and not over powering at all. Actually, I wanted half BBQ half pizza sauce but that wasn't an option and for a reason in my eyes. What I thought I wasn't going to like ended up being something I'll definitely be returning for or maybe another style next time.

Papa Minskys small on thin. Our red head waitress was awesome. This is my favorite pizza around. I love this location also. Staff is great.

Went Friday at lunch and sat at the bar. It was packed! Our server was hustling!! We still received outstanding service and the food was delicious per usual. 1st time at this location but we were very pleased.

My kids and I all ordered our own personalized pizzas. We loved all of them. Mine was on the gluten free crust with lots of tasty fresh veg. The kids had sausage and pepperoni pizzas and said "best pizza ever."

We were driving by looking for a different pizza place, decided to go here. Food was so good! Glad I got pics before we dug in.
